Blisters Part 2 – How to tape your heel, toes and ball to prevent blisters

In this short video I will show you how to tape your feet to protect against blisters in preparation for and during Royal Marines Training.

  • The areas I will concentrate on are:
  • The Achilles heel
  • Big Toe
  • Smaller toes
  • Edge of the ball
